Tulalip Resort Casino is owned and operated by the Tulalip Tribes of Washington on tribal land in Quil Ceda Village, just off I-5. The current resort opened in June 2003 after a $78 million construction project that broke ground in July 2001, replacing an earlier casino on the same site that had opened back in July 1992. A 12-story, 370-room hotel tower followed in August 2008, at the time one of the tallest buildings in Snohomish County. The most recent chapter came in 2025: a 70,250-square-foot expansion that pushed the total gaming floor to 270,250 square feet and added roughly 400 more slot machines to the property, on top of the AAA Four Diamond hotel's existing 360 guestrooms and high-tech suites and its 14,000-square-foot T Spa.
