Every section below is in effect when you use 6-lab.

Information we collect

This Privacy Policy describes how 6-lab.com, operated by Ninefold Ventures LLC, collects, uses, and protects your information. Personal information you provide directly: name, email address, payment information, billing address, and login credentials. Non-personal information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring/exit URLs, and device type. Payment details are processed securely via Stripe or other third-party payment providers; we do not retain payment details internally.

How we use your information

To provide and manage your account and membership; to process payments and transactions securely; to improve website functionality and user experience; to send account updates or service-related communications; to monitor and analyze website usage; and to enforce our terms and conditions.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers (such as Stripe for payment processing, hosting, and analytics, and our transactional email/SMTP provider for account, password-reset, and referral-commission emails), with authorities or regulators when required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or business sale.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and remember your login. Where enabled, we also use Google Analytics (GA4) cookies to measure site usage and performance; we do not use cookies for advertising or to remember other preferences. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect certain features, such as staying signed in.

Data security

We use SSL encryption for data transmission, regular security audits, and restricted access to sensitive data. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Retention of information

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When you create an account, we record your age, jurisdiction, and terms attestations, along with your IP address and the time of attestation, in an internal compliance log. This record is retained even after account deletion, since its purpose -- being able to show that eligibility was verified at signup -- does not go away when an account does.

AI image processing and EXIF handling

Uploaded images are validated and stripped of EXIF metadata (such as location data) before being processed or stored. Screenshots, pictures, video-derived frames, prompts, and answer context may be transmitted to selected hosted AI API providers -- currently OpenAI and Anthropic -- to generate an Advisor answer. The specific providers in use may change over time. Each provider's standard API terms govern how this data may be used, including default training and retention settings; 6-lab has not entered a separate data-processing or zero-data-retention agreement with these providers.

Children's privacy

6-lab.com is 21+ only and not intended for individuals under 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under legal age and will take immediate steps to delete such information if discovered.

International data transfers

Users accessing 6-lab.com from outside the United States should note that information is transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. Using the website constitutes consent to this transfer.

Changes and contact
