Every section below is in effect when you use 6-lab.
These Terms apply to your use of 6-lab.com, operated by Ninefold Ventures LLC ("Ninefold Ventures," "6-lab," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing 6-lab.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Changes take effect upon posting, and continued use of the site after a change signifies agreement to the updated terms.
Active paid subscriptions grant access to member content. Users must provide accurate registration information. Memberships are personal and non-transferable; sharing your login or any member-only materials is strictly prohibited. Account suspension or termination may occur without refund for term violations.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without written consent. Commercial use, data harvesting, reverse engineering, bypassing security measures, or disrupting website operations are forbidden.
All content on 6-lab.com (including guides, text, graphics, logos, videos, and software) is the exclusive property of Ninefold Ventures LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal penalties.
All payments, including membership fees, are final. We do not offer refunds or credits under any circumstances. Technical issues should be directed to support.

Casino floors, machines, paytables, promotions, and game configurations change over time, often without notice. Guides and Advisor answers reflect information believed accurate as of the date noted on that content, not a live feed of current conditions. A game behaving a certain way in the past, including in a guide's stated entry or exit criteria, is not a guarantee that the same conditions apply now. Always verify current conditions yourself, including paytable, meter, and promotion details, before you play. We work to keep guides current but cannot promise every guide is up to date at the moment you view it.
Services are provided "as-is and as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We assume no liability for damages arising from use of the website. Users agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their own violations of these terms or from third-party infringement.
Personal data processing follows our Privacy Policy, which you consent to by using the site.
Advisor prompts, screenshots, pictures, video-derived frames, and related metadata may be sent to approved hosted AI API providers -- currently OpenAI and Anthropic -- to generate an answer. These providers are vetted for security before they're approved for use, and the specific providers in use may change over time.
Every account gets a personal referral link from day one. Referring a paying customer earns a commission on that customer's payments for as long as they remain subscribed, at a rate 6-lab sets and may adjust for future earnings: standard referrers earn 25%, adjustable up to 35% at 6-lab's discretion, while admin-approved affiliates earn a flat rate up to 10% that 6-lab sets when approving affiliate status. Commissions are tracked as a running ledger balance and paid out separately from this platform on a schedule 6-lab determines, not automatically or in real time. A customer is attributed to the first valid referral code used at signup and is not reassigned to a later referral. Participants may not: create accounts to refer themselves or anyone they control; use fraudulent, fake, or incentivized signups to inflate referral counts; send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to promote a referral link; bid on or otherwise target 6-lab's own brand or trademark terms in paid advertising; or make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about 6-lab, its guides, or its results when promoting a referral link. Referring participants must not otherwise act in a way that reflects negatively on 6-lab's brand or reputation while promoting the program. Participation does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with 6-lab. Violating these terms is grounds for forfeiting unpaid commissions and removal from the program, and egregious or repeated violations may result in account termination. 6-lab may modify or end the referral program, or change its rates, at any time on a forward-looking basis; changes never rewrite commissions already earned.
We may suspend or terminate access without notice or refund at our discretion.
Nevada state law governs these terms, with disputes resolved exclusively in Nevada courts.
