Phoenix Link is a slot machine from Aristocrat Gaming that premiered at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas in October 2024, with its first casino floor debut at Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel the following month. It's built as a companion to Aristocrat's popular Dragon Link series, running on the Neptune Single cabinet and comprising four differently themed games -- Confucius Say, General Tso, Queen Chiu, and Sensei Master -- each sharing the same underlying Hold & Spin bonus format that's become a staple of Aristocrat's Asian-inspired jackpot-linked slots.
Aristocrat positioned Phoenix Link as a direct companion to Dragon Link, one of its most successful slot families, bringing new twists to a format players already know. The game debuted at G2E Las Vegas in October 2024 and had its first real-world casino floor placement at Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel in November 2024, making that property the first in North America to offer it.
Phoenix Link isn't a single game but a set of four: Confucius Say, General Tso, Queen Chiu, and Sensei Master, each with its own theme built around Chinese cultural and historical figures. All four run on Aristocrat's Neptune Single cabinet and share the same underlying bonus mechanics, letting players pick a theme without changing how the core game plays.
Like other games in Aristocrat's Link family, Phoenix Link centers on a Hold & Spin feature, where landing enough of a special symbol locks it in place and awards a set of re-spins that can lock in more matching symbols, building toward bonus credit prizes or one of the game's linked jackpot tiers. Phoenix Link adds its own layer on top: a Phoenix-themed collection element where gathering Phoenix symbols across spins can build toward triggering a bonus round of its own.
Because Phoenix Link only launched in late 2024, it's a newer addition to casino floors compared to most of Aristocrat's longer-running families, and it's still expanding to new properties. Confirmed locations beyond its Yaamava' debut include Encore Boston Harbor, with more casinos expected to add it as Aristocrat continues its rollout.
